This api allows java programmers to quickly develop scheduler system for their own use. System consists of 3 components: Scheduler, Task Runner, and user /controlling interface. All communication with the Scheduler and Task Runner(s) is via sockets. This allows for remote or local deployment of scheduler and Task Runner(s). Task Runner(s) receive task schedule notifications from the Scheduler. The programmer implements an interface to receive these schedule notifications, and run his tasks.
